What is your exchange and return policy?
We are highly confident you will love our sheets and share them with your loved ones!
However, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase due to damaged or quality defects, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to issue you a full refund less processing fee* within 30 days in the original method of payment.
*Please note that there will be a processing fee of $15 per line of item for any order cancellation/refund not due to damage or quality issues. This is due to the payment processing fee our merchant charges us which we're unable to get a refund for.
How do I exchange or return my items?
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your current items and we will guide you on the refund procedures.
We are unable to accept the returns of any washed or used products.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned products are returned safely and within a reasonable period of time. Any costs incurred by you in returning the products will be borne by you. We accept no responsibility for products lost in transit and recommend using a tracked shipped method such as registered post.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we have reviewed your submission of proof of damaged or quality defective goods.
We will send an email notification once the returned item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your refund amount to be processed.
If you return your items after 30 days from their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
Do you refund international orders?
Yes, we do! Our return policy applies to all of our international customers.
Kindly note that we are not responsible for return shipping on international orders and will not provide reimbursement for any international return shipping charges.
